No. 1121.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under Section 3 (2) of the War Revenue Ordinance, 1940, to appoint Mr. ARTHUR GRENFELL CLARKE to be Commissioner, during the absence from the Colony of Mr. THOMAS BLACK or until further notice, with effect from 15th October, 1940.

No. 1122. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased under Section 3 (1) of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to appoint Mr. WONG TO-KI (i) to be Public Vaccinator, with effect from 1st October, 1940.
