By ander of His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government dated the 28th day of September, 1940, the Custodian of Enemy Property was appointed liquidator of the affairs of Mr. FEODOR SCHREIBER formerly of No. 47, Grampian Road, Kowloon, with effect from the 27th day of September. 1940.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 19383. (VOLUNTEER).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 1 (2) (d) of the Emergency Powers (Defence) Act, 1939, as applied to this Colony by the Emergenev Powers (Colonial Defence) Order in Council, 1939. His Excellency the Officer Adminis- tering the Government makes the following regulation amend- ing section 17 (1) of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933 ;-

Amendment.

Section 17 (1) of the Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, is amended by the insertion of the words "or are undergoing drill. exercise. training or inspection in time of war
