In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government dispenses with the services of Warrant Officer PERCY INGHAM NEWMAN as a member of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force.
