ORDINANCE No. 20 of 1938. (WATERWORKS).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Waterworks Ordinance, 1938, the Governor in Council hereby amends the regulations appearing in the Schedule to the said Ordinance, with retrospective effect from the first day of January, 1940, as follows:-
Amendment.
In Appendix III to the said regulations, with reference to the free allowance of water in the case of approved Chinese public dispensaries, the figures and words '20,000 gallons per quarter each" are substituted for the figures and words "24,000 gallons per annum each”.
