DUTY-PAID LABELS.

Part V of the regulations, relating to duty-paid labels, shall apply to the containers, and such labels shall be affixed in the manner hereinafter prescribed-

whenever duty is paid on intoxicating liquor except—

(1) beer;

(2) sake.

and whenever any such liquor on which the duty has been paid, except Chinese type liquor, is bottled, one duty-paid label shall be affixed over the lid or stopper of every jar or bottle containing the liquor, except-

(1) bottles containing pint or less:

(2) jars or bottles containing a reputed quart or less of Chinese type liquor.
