ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1933.

LICENCES).

I, the Financial Secretary, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 4A of the regulations in the Schedule to the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance, 1933, under the heading PART V-MONEY-CHANGERS, as enacted by Government Notification No. 238 published in the Gazette of 1st March, 1940, hereby prescribe the premium at which a money-changer may exchange Hong Kong currency of any denomination for Hong Kong one cent coins as one-half of

one per cent.

Note.It is an offence for a money-changer in relation to any such exchange to charge a greater premium or make any greater or other charge for his services than the premium now prescribed.
