(D) sub-section (3)--the word “has ' substituted for "shall have in the second and third lines:

(8) Section 8--the words upon conviction on
indictment to fine and imprisonment or in the fifth and sixth lines are repealed.
Section 10-the words "any Ordinance relating to the registration of companies are substituted for "the Companies Ordin- auce, 1911" the tenth and eleventh lines, and the figures "1982” for “1911" in the last line.
Section 4, paragraph (e)—the words

The Ordinances are repealed.
(1) Section 6, sub-section (1)—
(1) the words "any police officer not below the rank of inspector" are substituted for any Superintendent or.inspector of police in the second and third lines;
