Of the fee of $160 payable in respect of the grant of a certificate of naturalization, $40 shall be payable on the submission of the application for a certificate and shall in no circumstances be returned; and the remaining $120 shall be payable on the receipt of the decision to grant a certificate.

(1) Section 2, sub-section (1)—the word "thir- teen is substituted for twelve in the eighth line.
(2) Section 6 is repealed and section 7

The Ordinance is repealed.
(1) Section 3 (1)—the following is added—
", and shall forthwith take any person so arrested to a police station, or first to the office of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports for directions and then to a police station, to be brought before a magistrate and dealt with according to law.
(2) The following is inserted as section 5--
