9. The Director of Public Works addressed the Council and moved the following
resolution :-
RESOLVED that the approval of the Governor in Council of permission to the Hong Kong Tramways, Limited, to construct one additional crossover track in King's Road, to connect the east-bound with the west-bound tramway track between Quarry Bay Marine Lot No. 4 and Quarry Bay Inland Lot No. 4, as shown in Enclosure (104) in C.S.O. 9365/04, be confirmed.
