1. The licensee shall observe, and shall suffer no person to
disobey, any orders of the naval, military or air authorities relating
to the sale of goods named in this licence.
2. The licensee shall not supply or deliver any such goods to any
person on behalf of another unless both the person who receives the
goods and the purchaser are members of a class specified in this
licence.
