ORDINANCE No. 36 of 1931. (DUTIABLE
COMMODITIES).
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections. 6, 13 (3), (4), 17 (3), 48, 50, 54 (1), 57, 64 and 76 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931, the Governor in Council hereby makes the following regulations.
The regulations are divided into Parts as follows-

REGULATIONS.
Part I-Interpretation.
1. In these regulations-
(a) "the Ordinance" means the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1931;
(b) "First Schedule" and "Second Schedule" mean the First and Second Schedules to these regulations, respectively.
