As a result of an Inquiry held by the Medical Board on the 9th day of August, 1939, and the 12th day of June, 1940, a resolution was passed that Dr. NG YEOK KIN be censured for signing and issuing inoculation certificates against cholera which had been ante-dated and were therefore untrue and misleading thereby enabling the persons to whom they were issued to represent that they had been inoculated on certain dates when in fact they had not been so inoculated.
