In accordance with the provisions of section 4 of the Unclaimed Balances Ordinance, 1929, His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government hereby directs that the sum of money particulars of which appear hereunder, shall be transferred to the general revenue of the Colony. This transfer is subject to the provisions contained in the said Ordinance as to refunds.

No. 762.-Notice is hereby given of the intention to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof directing the removal of all graves in that portion of Mount Davis Cemetery, situated about 500 yards west of the Kennedy Town Infectious Diseases Hospital and directly opposite to the Chung Shing Benevolent Society's premises, within the area coloured red on a plan dated 10th June, 1940, and deposited with the Urban Council. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work.
