(3) A prosecution in respect of an offence against this regulation shall not be instituted except by, or with the consent of, the Attorney General.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, pursuant to Section 11 (7) of the Com- pulsory Service Ordinance, 1939, to permit the following persons to quit the Hong Kong Defence Reserve, with effect from 28th June, 1940.
