Amendment made by the Urban Council under sections 5 and 6 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935, Ordinauce No. 13 of 1935, to the by-laws under the heading. “Food Shops" in the Schedule to that Ordinance, on 23rd April, 1940, and approved by the Legislative Council on 30th May, 1940.
