ORDINANCE No. 18 of 1936. (TELECOMMUNICATION).
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 (2) (a) of the Telecommunication Ordinance. 1956, the Governor in Council makes the following amendments to the rates published in Notification No. 235 in the Government Gazette of 31st March, 1939, as lastly amended by Government Notification No. 419 in the Government Gazette of 19th April, 1940.
Amendments.
1. Regulation 2 (1) (a) is amended by substituting the figures "85" for the figures "75" before the word

cents ".
2. Regulation 2 (1) (b) is amended by substituting the figure "1" for the tigures "90" and the word 'dollar for the word cents before the words “Hong Kong currency ".
3. Regulation 3 is amended by substituting the figures 70" for the figures "60" in the fourth line thereof.
The above rates shall come into force on 21st June, 1940.
