The following is published for general information: -
All orders for foodstuffs from the United Kingdom for consignment to Hong Kong should in fwure be submitted to the Controller of Food for endorsement before they are despatched. Striet control is now being exercised on the export from the United Kingdom of all articles of food and in the absence of such endorsement export may not be per- mitted. Consignees are therefore warned to obtain endorse- ment in advance in all cases.
