The Hong Kong offices and premises of Cable and Wireless, Limited, comprising the whole of the building known as Electra House. 3 Connaught Road Central, and their cable depot at Kenedy Town.

C. DOCKYARDS.

1. The dockyards, slipways, workshops and premises of the Hong Kong and Whampoa Dock Company, Limited, at—

(1) Hung Hom, Kowloon, bounded by Gillies Avenue, Bulkeley Street, Dock Street, Dyer Avenue and the harbour and known as Kowloon Docks, comprising Kowloon Marine Lot No. 27, Hung Hom Marine Lots Nos. 1, 3 and 5 and Hung Hom Inland Lot No. 256 together with the adjacent Permanent Piers Nos. 37. 38, 39, 40. 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68;

(2) Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, between Tai Kok Tsui Road and the barbour and known as the Cosmopolitan Dock, comprising Kow loon Marine Lot No. 28 together with the adjacent Permanent Piers Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50;

(8) Aberdeen, Hong Kong, between Island Road and the sea. comprising Aberdeen Marine Lots Nos. 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9 together with the adjacent Permanent Pier No. 4.

11. The dockyards, slipways, workshops and premises of The Taikon Dockyard and Engineering Company of Hong Kong, Limited. at Quany Bay comprising Quarry Bay Marine Lot No. 2 and Shaukiwan Marine Lot No. 1 and bounded by the Taikoo Sugar Refinery, King's Road, the Taikoo Club and the harbour.

D. TAIKOO SUGAR REFINERY.

The premises of the Taikoo Sugar Refining Company, Limited. at Quarry Bay, bounded by King's Road, Taikoo Docks and the harbour, comprising Quarry Bay Marine Lot No. 1 together with the adjacent Permanent Pier No. 24.
