ORDINANCE No. 13 of 1935. (PUBLIC HEALTHI
[FOOD]).
By virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5 and 6 of the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1985, the Urban Council makes the following further amend- ment to the by-laws in the Schedule to the said Ordinance under the heading "Food Shops" as subsequently amended and in particular as amended by Government Notification No. 169 in the Government Gazette of the 12th March, 1937.
Amendment.
By-law 1A is amended by the insertion of the words, "warehouse or store or" between the words "no persons shall and sell" in the third line.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, and of all other powers in that behalf enabling, the Urban Council makes the following amendment of the by-laws under the heading Domestic Cleanliness and Prevention of Disease and sub-heading
Restrictions on Sale of Certain Food-stuffs set forth in Schedule A to the above-mentioned Ordinance :-
