Order.
In exercise of the powers conferred on me by regulation 50 of the Defence Regulations, 1989, I. the Stores Controller, with the consent of His Excelleney the Governor hereby make the following order-
1. Every person who on or after the date of this order has possession, custody or control of more than ten tons of coal shall deliver to the Stores Controller--
(a) forthwith, a return in Form 1 in the Schedule of the particulars there specified;
(b) weekly before noon on Wednesday, or if Wednesday is a public or general holiday, before noon on the first succeeding day which is not a holiday, a return in Form 2 in the Schedule of the particulars there specified, for the week ending at noon on the Saturday before the return is due.
2. Returns shall be rendered in English, shall be signed if in Form 1 by the person required to make them and his duly authorized agent, if any, and if in Form 2 either by such person or such agent and, in the case of a Chinese firm or company, shall bear the "chop" of the firm or company.
3. Returns may be delivered by post to the Stores Controller at the Government Stores Department, No. 249, Electric Road, North Point.
4. The Stores Controller may dispense with any return or allow delivery of any return to be postponed.
5. In this order, "person" means any natural person, company, firm or association or body of persons corporate or incorporate.
