MEDICAL BOARD.
No. 483.-At an Inquiry held by the Medical Board on the 20th March, 1940, a resolution was duly passed that it had been proved to the satisfaction of the Board that Dr. PANG IU KI of No. 13 Wongneichong Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong, had signed certificates of inoculation for cholera and vaccination in blank and permitted his dresser to deal with the same as he saw fit and that, in relation to the facts so proved to the satisfaction of the Board, the said Dr. PANG Iu Ki had been guilty of infamous conduct in a professional respect and that he be censured in respect thereof.
