No. 424.-Ilis Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Miss SYBIL DOROTHY SPENCER to be a Nursing Sister, with effect from 6th April, 1940.

No. 425. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Miss DAISY MARY SAGE, B.Sc., to be a Mistress, Education Department, with effect from 6th April, 1940.

No. 426.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. LANCELOT RUGGLES ANDREWES to be Registrar of the Supreme Court, Registrar of Companies, Official Administrator and Official Trustee, with effect from 21st April, 1940.

No. 427. With reference to Government Notification No. 974 published in the Gazette of the 16th December, 1958, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Messrs. Lee fc-cueuxo (3), LAM MING-FAN (ME) and Chow Yat- KWONG (H) to be Members of the Medical Committee, Tung Wah Hospitals, vice Messrs. CHAU Sure-xo (), Lo MIN-NUNG (R) and YEUNG WING-HONG (), with effect from 22nd February, 1940.
