Hong Kong.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Emergency Powers (Colonial Defence) Order in Council, 1939, and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor makes the following regulations, which shall be inserted in and shall form part of the Defence Regulations, 1939, published as Government Notification 703 in the Gazette of 26th August, 1939, as subsequently amended:-
13. No person shall, in any manner likely to prejudice General the defence of the realm or the efficient prosecution of the provisions
war
For safe- guarding information
(1) obtain,
or
(2) record, communicate to any other person or publish,
(3) have in his possession any document containing, or other record whatsoever of,
any information being, or purporting to be, information with respect to any of the following matters, that is to say-
(a) the number, description, armament, equipment, dis- position, movement or condition of any of His Majesty's forces, vessels or aircraft;
