DANGEROUS DRUGS ORDINANCE, 1935.

WITHDRAWAL OF AUTHORITY.

(Shigemitsu Muramoto).

WHEREAS SHIGEMITSU MURAMOTO of 89, Hennessy Road, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, being a person who lawfully keeps open shop for the retailing of poisons in accordance with the provisions of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1935, has been convicted of an offence against the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance:

AND WHEREAS the said Shigemitsu Muramoto cannot, in my opinion, properly be allowed to carry on the business of manufacturing or selling or distributing any of the drugs to which the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, applies:

NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the powers conferred on me by Regulation No. 14 of the Regulations made under the provisions of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, 1935, I hereby give notice that I withdraw, as from to-day's date, from the said Shigemitsu Muramoto the authority granted by the said Regulations to the person who lawfully keeps open shop for the retailing of poisons to manufacture at the shop in the ordinary course of his retail business any preparation, admixture or extract of any drug to which the said Dangerous Drugs Ordinance applies or to carry on at the shop the business of retailing, dispensing or compounding any of the drugs to which the said Dangerous Drugs Ordinance applies.

ORDINANCE No. 10 of 1899.

(MERCHANT SHIPPING).

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 39 (17) and (18) of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, it is hereby notified that launches, motor boats, junks and other native craft are prohibited from approaching nearer than one hundred yards to any part of His Majesty's dock- yards at Hong Kong and Kowloon between sunset and sunrise.
