No. 280.—It is hereby notified that an Order made under the authority of the Supreme Court Ordinance, No. 3 of 1873, and of the Colonial Courts of Admiralty Act, 1890, cited therein as "The Supreme Court Fees (In Prize) Order, 1940" was made by the Chief Justice on the Twentieth day of January, 1940, and was approved by the Legislative Council on the Seventh day of March, 1940.
This order (which may be seen at the office of the Registrar, Supreme Court) will come into operation and have effect on the date when the approval thereof of His Majesty in Council has been publicly signified by Gazette notification.

It is hereby notified that the appointment of Messrs. LINSTEAD & DAVIS as liquidators of the affairs of Mrs. A. M. Pfister, which appointment was published in the Gazette of the 10th day of November, 1939, in Government Notification No. 1042, was revoked by order of His Excellency the Governor on the 29th February, 1940.
