No. 96.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. GEORGE ALLAN RODNEY WRIGHT-NOOTH to be a Police Cadet, on probation, with effect from 16th January, 1940.

No. 98.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1935, Ordinance No. 41. of 1935, Professor LEWIS RUDALL SHORE, M.C., M.A., M.D., B. Chir., D.P.H., M.R.C.S., M.R.C.P., to be a Member of the Medical Board for a term of three years, with effect from 19th January, 1940.
