No. 71-lis Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. STANLEY CRATHERN FELTHAM, A.R.I.B.A., Chartered and Registered Architect, to be an Executive Engineer, with effect from 12th December, 1939.

No. 72. It is hereby notified that Commander THOMAS CHARLES STIFF, R.D., R.N.R. (Retired), F.R.S.A., A.I.N.A., resumed duty as Assistant Harbour Master on the 16th January, 1940.

No. 73.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under instructions from the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Lieutenant- Commander JAMES JOLLY, R.N.R., to be Deputy Harbour Master, Hong Kong, with effect. from the 11th December, 1939.
Lieutenant-Commander JAMES JOLLY arrived in the Colony on the 15th January, 1940, and assumed duty on the 16th January, 1940.

No. 75.—His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 3 (3) of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923. Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to cancel the appointment of Mr. H. AHMED to act as a Public Vaccinator, which was published in Government Notification No. 438 of the 3rd June, 1938, with effect from 18th January, 1940.
