No. 50.–It is hereby notified that Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, is amended by the deletion of Condition 16 of the General Conditions of Sale, and the substitution of the following:-
16. The Purchaser, his executors, administrators or permitted assigns shall not, except by way of mortgage, assign, underlet or part with the possession of or otherwise dispose of the lot or any part thereof or any interest therein nor enter into any agreement so to do, without the pre- vious consent in writing of the District Officer, unless and until the District Officer shall have issued a certificate to the effect that the building condition, if any, has been fulfilled to his satisfaction or if there is no building condition, that the lot has been developed to satisfaction.
