2. The following articles of food, while prohibited to be exported from the United Kingdom to certain countries, are not prohibited to be exported to Hong Kong-
Biscuits and cakes.
Cocoanut, desiccated and flaked.
Coffee, including mixtures of coffee and chicory, and coffee and chicory extracts and essences.
Fish, other than fresh or frozen fish, fresh shell fish, canned fresh herring, canned herring in tomato sauce and canned salmon.
3. Articles of food not specifically mentioned are not subject to any prohibition and no export licence is required.

With reference to Notification No. 1229 in the Gazette No. 82 of the 29th December, 1939, I, ERIC WILLIAM HAMILTON, by virtue of the powers vested in me under the Defence Regulations, 1939, with the consent of His Excellency the Governor, hereby PROHIBIT THE EXPORT OF COPPER COINS of all kinds, except by licence under my hand, or under the hand of an officer of my department on my behalf. The said Notification No. 1229 is amended accordingly by the substitution of the words "Coin of all kinds" for the word "Cash " in the second column relating to Copper with effect from the date hereof.
