ORDINANCE No. 25 of 1914. (TRADING WITH THE ENEMY).
TRANSFER OF SECURITIES TO ENEMY SUBJECTS.
Licence, dated January 9th, 1940, issued by His Excellency the Governor under section 7 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914.
His Excellency the Governor in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by section 7 of the Trading with the Enemy Ordinance, 1914, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby sanctions the allotment or transfer to, or for the benefit of, enemy subjects resident in the Colony of securities to which the said section applies, being securities issued by a company within the meaning of the Companies Ordinance, 1932.
