The said trade mark has been used by the applicants in Class 13 in respect of lamps, electric lamps, flashlight lamps and incandescent electric lamps since 1925.
This trade mark is associated with Trade Marks Nos. 217 of 1923, 405 of 1931, 269 and 270 of 1935, and that the Registration of this trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the torchlight and bulb devices.
