CTICE, is hereby given that Fabrique Juvenia (Didisheim-Goldschmidt Fils & Co.) of La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, Watch Manufacturers, have on the 24th day of June, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark :-

in the name of Fabrique Juvenia (Didisheim-Goldschmidt Fils & Co.), who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said trade mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Horological instruments, watches, clocks and parts thereof in Class 10 since 23rd August 1906.

This trade mark is deemed to be distinctive of the Applicants goods in Hong Kong by Order of the Court pursuant to Section 9 (5) of the Trade Marks Ordinance 1909.
