No. S. 438.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for the Supply of Labour and Stores, Botanical and Forestry Department", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 21st day of November, 1938, for the supply of labour and stores to the Botanical and Forestry Department during the year 1939.

For forms of tender, specifications and further particulars apply at this Office.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited with the Accountant-General the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should his tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

Long. 114 9' 523" E.

4. Lat. 22° 17′ 26′′ N.

Long. 114° 9' 49" E.

The above positions will be marked by buoys painted red in colour.

All shipping is forbidden to pass over this area.
