and Tsoi Yun Kum of No. 261 Queen's Road West, ground floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong carrying on business of wine and spirit merchants under the style or firm name of Hang Lam Chong Loong Kee at No. 29 Connaught Road West, Victoria afore- | said have this day transferred all the said business of Hang Lam Chong Loong Kee, together with the goodwill, stock-in-trade, assets, furniture, fixtures, machinery, acces- sories and trade marks to Hang Lam Chong Wine Traders, Limited of No. 29 Connaught Road West (ground floor) Victoria aforesaid.
The Transferees will carry on the same trade or business at the said address and will assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in the said business prior to the date hereof.
