has by virtue of Section 58 of the Pro- bates Ordinance 1897, made an Order limiting the time for creditors and others to send in their claims against the above estate to the 31st day of October, 1938.

The numbers of the Debentures drawn will be published in the Hong Kong Government Gazette and the local Newspapers, and holders of drawn Debentures may, upon giving notice to the Treasurers waiving the six months' notice to which they are entitled, apply on the 31st October, 1938, to the Treasurers, Messrs. Percy Smith, Seth & Fleming, for payment of the principal and interest to the 31st October, 1938.
