IN pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Business Ordinance, No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Mr. Yap Sin Fatt of No. 2 Fort Street, North Point, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant (herein. after called "the Transferor") carrying on the business of Advertiser and Publisher under the style or firm name of The Oriental Publishing and Advertising Company at No. 18 Ice House Street, first floor, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, has agreed to interests, goodwill, furniture, goods and transfer the said business together with the chattels, effects, deposits and the benefit of all contracts and orders to the Oriental Publishing and Advertising Co. (South China) Limited whose Registered Office is situate at No. 18 Ice House Street, 1st floor, Victoria afore- said (hereinafter called "the Transferees").

The Transferees intend to carry on the said business at the same address and will assume all the liabilities incurred by the Transferor in the said business.
