mentioned dividend may be received at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Monday, the 15th day of August, 1988, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.
Creditors applying for payment must produce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them, and must sign a receipt in the pre-
scribed form.

NOTICE OF TRANSFER.
N pursuance of Section 3 of the Fraudulent Transfers of Business Ordinance No. 25 of 1923, Notice is hereby given that Alberto Pasquali of No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong and Alfonso Piovanelli at present residing abroad both carrying on business as "Restaurant Frascati at No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid (hereinafter called "the Transferors") have transferred the said busi- ness of the said "Restaurant Frascati " together with its good-will, stock-in-trade, furniture, licences, chattels, trade utensils, fixtures and effects to Aaron Landau of China Building, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid (here. inafter called "the Transferee") on the 11th day of August 1938.
The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at the said address No. 10, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid and will not assume the liabilities incurred by the Transferors in connection with the said business.
