of No. 200, Wing Lok Street, Victoria, aforesaid Merchant (hereinafter called "the Transferee ")
all that the business of the said Chi Fung Company including the good-will, signboard, stock-in-trade, furniture, fixtures, fittings, book-debts and all the assets and benefits of the said business whatsoever of the Trans- ferors.
The Transfer will be completed on the 30th day of August, 1938. The Transferee intends
to carry on the same business at No. 7,
Belcher's Street, ground floor, Victoria afore- said under the style or firm name of "Tai
Yau Shing") and will not assume any debts or liabilities incurred by the Transferors prior to the 30th day of August, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of
Section 234 of the Companies Ordin- ance, 1932, that a General Meeting of the mem- bers of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Messrs Thomas Le C.
