No. S. 236.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Two Public Latrines at Stanley Village", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 8th day of August, 1938. The work consists of the erection of two flush latrines and septic tanks, etc.
As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $1,000 with the Accountant-General which sum will be retained for a period of six months from the date of completion of the works in lieu of the usual retention money.
No work will be permitted on Sundays.
For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
