Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Chan Tak Sam of No. 64, Queen's Road West, Hong Kong, has on the 11th day of June, 1938, applied for registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following trade mark:-
SOLTERA
BRAND
in the name of Tse Wing On trading as Hock
Hiong Tong, who claims to be the proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the applicant in Class 2 in respect of In- secticide smudges and deterrents and incense sticks.
The Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the re- presentation of the spiral mosquito destroyer.
Facsimile of such Trade Mark can be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong and of the undersigned.

The Trade Mark has been used by the applicant in respect of Vegetable Lard in Class 42 since the last 5 years, and in respect of Common Soap in Class 47 since November 1937.
Registration of this Trale Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the tin device.
