A Members of A. D. Moulder & Co. (1934)
Ltd., duly convened and held at the Office of
Messrs. T. 4. Martin & Co., of 3rd Floor, Prince's Building, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Tuesday, the 14th day of June, 1938, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the following Resolu- tion was duly passed as an Extraordinary Re- solution :-
"That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Com- pany be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Thomas Archdale Martin of Prince's Building, Des Vœux Road Central, Hong Kong, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding- up."
