Martin & Co., of 3rd floor, Prince's Building, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Tuesday, the 14th day of June, 1938, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, passing as an Extraordinary Resolution the following resolu- tion, that is to say:--

That it has been proved to the satis- faction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Thomas Archdale Martin of Prince's Building, Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up".
