The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of singlets, vests, shirts and hosiery for export to and sale in Siam and Java.
The Applicants undertake that the goods bearing this Trade Mark shall not be sold in retail in Hong Kong save in wholesale transac- tions for exportation to Siam and Java.
