OTICE is hereby given that the Order of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 25th day of May, 1938 confirming the re- duction of capital of the above named Company from H. K. $500,000.00 to H. K. $250,000.00 and the Minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the above mentioned Ordinance was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of May, 1938.

NOTICE is hereby given that "BATA a.s. J. S. Co., Praha II./Prague/.
Czechoslovakia, a firm engaged in the production and sale of all sorts of foot-wear, hosiery, shoe-creams and small goods of this line, india-rubber tyre-casings, tyre-tubes and hoops, all sorts of cables, having a Mechanical Lock-Smith's Works at Zlin, and an Establishment for she-making compris ing a factory at Praha II., Czechoslovakia, have applied for the registration in Hong Kong in the Register of Trade-Marks of the following Trade-Mark :—

In Class 40 Goods manufactured from India-rubber and gutta-
percha not included in other classes.
In Class 47 Candles, common soap, detergents; illuminating, heating or lubricating oils; matches and starch blue and other preparations for laundry purposes.
In Class 48 Perfumery (including toilet articles preparations for
the teeth and hair and perfumed soap).
In Class 49 Games of all kinds and sporting articles not included
in other classes.

and the said Trade-Mark "BATA" in Class 11, Class 38, Class 40, Class 47,
Class 48, Class 49 and Class 50 are associated with one another and with
the Hong Kong Trade-Mark Registration No. 296 of 1933.
