the Supreme Court of Hong Kong dated the 25th day of April, 1938 confirming the reduction of the capital of the above named Company from $1,000,000.00 to $500,000,00 and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the Company as altered the several particulars required by the Companies Ordinance, No. 39 of 1932, were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 29th day of April, 1938. And further take notice that the said minute is in the words and figures following :-
The capital of the Heung On Insurance Company, Limited, henceforth is $500,000.00 divided into 20,000 shares of $25.00 each instead of the original capital of $1,000,000.00 divided into 20,000 shares of $50.00 each of which 17,270 (on which $35.00 has been paid up on each) have been issued. The remaining 2,730 shares have not been issued. At the time of the registration of this minute the sum of $25.00 has been and is deemed as paid up on each of the said issued shares."
