NOTICE OF FIRING PRACTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
DEFENCES (FIRING AREAS) ORDINANCE, 1936.
Firing practice will be carried out from Stonecutters Battery on Saturday, 14th May, 1938, from 0900 hours to 1800 hours.
Firing Areas "D" and "E" will be affected.
In accordance with sub-section 4 of section 4 of the Defences (Firing Areas) Ordinance, 1936, masters of vessels and pilots of aircraft exempt from the operation of this Ordinance under section 10, are warned to assist in the carrying out of the firing practice by hastening through the firing areas affected, or by consenting to be towed out of the firing areas, if necessary, by any vessel acting under the orders of the Military Authorities.
