Silk Store of No. 5, Hankow Road, Kowloon, in the Colony of Hong Kong, have on the 30th day of March, 1938, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks:-

in the name of Dayaram's Silk Store, who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The said trade marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of stockings and other articles of clothing and also in respect of shirts and socks and other articles of clothing in Class 38 since 1936.

Registration of the "NIGHT IN PARIS” trade mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word "PARIS".
