Such Trade Marks have been used by the Applicants in respect of substances used as food or as ingredients in food in Class 42 since 7th April, 1931
Registration of these 4 marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word “CEYLON and that these 4 marks are associated with one another and with the “CEYLONTA" (word) mark of pending application No. 566 of 1937.
Registration of the "Blue label" and the Green label" marks shall give no right to the exclusive use of the word “ LIPTON'S”.
Facsimiles of the said Trade Marks can be seen in the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hong Kong, and also of the undersigned.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the goods in Class 20 since the beginning of 1937.
Registration of this Trade Mark shall give no right to the exclusive use of the words "China",
National", "Gee" and of the fire- cracker device and also of the colours, red, white and blue in combination appearing at the foot of the lease.
Facsimile of the said Trade Mark may be seen at the offices of the Registrar of Trade Marks and of the undersigned.
