SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. Compensation must be paid by the purchaser for removal of any graves or "Kam Taps" which may be on the lot. Such compensation to be approved by the District Officer, South.
2. Purchaser shall not carry out any cutting of the soil within a radius of 10 feet of any grave on the lot.

No. S. 83.-It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Office, South, Queen's Building, 2nd floor, Hong Kong, at 11 a.m., on Friday, the 25th day of March, 1938.
The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less the last 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Building Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 364 of 1934, and to Special Condition No. 2 (a) and (b).
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements to the satisfaction of the District Officer, South, within two years from the date of sale is $1,200.
