The Transferee intends to carry on the said business at Nos. 480-484, Lockhart Road, Ground floor, Victoria, aforesaid, under the same style or firm name of Shat Far Fee Confectionery, and will not assume the liabili- ties incurred by the Transferors in the said business prior to 21st day of March, 1938.
